Marcel Niederberger

Marcel Niederberger is a Swiss entrepreneur and financial services professional with extensive experience in digital assets, investment management, financial products, operations, and regulated financial environments.

Over the course of his career, he has held senior management positions in the Swiss financial and digital asset sector, including serving as CEO of Bitcoin Capital AG and FiCAS AG. In these roles, he was responsible for corporate management, investment products, regulatory and compliance matters, operational structures, service providers, financial institutions, and the development and management of exchange-traded digital asset products.

His experience covers the full lifecycle of financial products, from product structuring and portfolio management to operational implementation, regulatory coordination, banking and custody relationships, trading infrastructure, audits, and ongoing administration.

Today, Marcel is the founder of NBM Partners GmbH, through which he provides advisory, operational, and strategic services to companies operating in financial services, digital assets, technology, and related sectors.

His focus is on combining practical execution with a strong understanding of financial markets, digital assets, regulatory requirements, and operational infrastructure. He supports companies in developing efficient structures, managing complex financial products, coordinating external service providers, and translating strategic objectives into operational solutions.
